Panther PulseOctober 10th, 2025

Holliston High School is excited to provide our students with hands-on career experiences through internships, workplace learning, and guest speaker opportunities. Our goal is to help students explore a wide range of careers, develop professional skills, and make informed decisions about their future paths.

We are seeking local professionals, business owners, and organizations who are interested in supporting our students by:

  • Hosting High School students as Interns
  • Participating as a guest speaker to share your expertise and insights about your career field
  • Offering workplace tours or job shadowing opportunities

Your involvement will help students gain valuable real-world exposure, build confidence, and develop skills that will prepare them for future success. Please complete this form to indicate your interest and provide information about the opportunities you can share.

Sue Stone, Career Services Coordinator, will reach out to provide details of the offerings when interest has been expressed.

Thank you for supporting Holliston High School students as they explore careers and prepare for the future. Your contributions makes a real difference in helping them connect learning to the world of work.

As a reminder, students should not park on Marked Tree Road or Robin Hill Road during the school day. These areas are residential and not intended for student parking. We request that all students without designated parking spots on school grounds make alternative transportation arrangements.

Please be aware that vehicles parked in violation of state or town regulations may be subject to ticketing or towing at the owner’s expense. We appreciate everyone’s cooperation in helping to maintain positive relationships with our neighbors.

October15th

We want to share some important information about what will be happening at Holliston High School on Tuesday, October 15th. This day is designed to support students in their academic growth and post-secondary planning.

  • Grades 10 & 11: Students will take the PSAT in the morning. This assessment provides valuable practice for the SAT and helps us better understand areas of student strength and growth. They will then attend their 3rd and 4th block classes.

  • Grade 9: Freshmen will attend a presentation by Holliston alumnus Jesse Green and then work with school counselors on the MYCAP and SCOIR post-secondary planning process. This work helps students begin thinking about their goals and future pathways. They will then attend their 3rd and 4th block classes.

  • Grade 12: Seniors will not attend school that day. Instead, they are expected to use the time to explore post-secondary options. Examples include visiting a college campus, meeting with a military recruiter, connecting with professional training programs, or engaging in other activities that support their planning for life after Holliston High School. To receive credit for the day, seniors must submit evidence of their visit or work completed. Seniors who need help determining an option for the day should speak with their school counselor or Ms. Stone in the Counseling Office.
