LOBBY HOURS

Administration will be holding Lobby hours from 2:15-3:00 pm on TODAY.  This is an opportunity for students and staff to stop by and chat with members of the administrative team. Hope to see you this afternoon!

JUNIOR-SENIOR PROM

Students planning on being dismissed early from school on the day of the Prom must pick up a Dismissal Permission Slip from the Main Office.  Permission Slips must be signed by a parent or guardian and will be turned into the Main Office beginning Monday, May 15th.  Students without written permission from a parent/guardian will NOT be allowed to leave school early on the day of the Prom.

CLASS OF 2016

Presenter Forms

If you choose to have a presenter hand you your diploma, you and the presenter must complete the Diploma Presenter form available in the main office.  The form must be completed and returned to the main office no later than May 10, 2017. As a reminder, the presenter must be a current or retired Holliston School department employee.

MORNING LIFTS

Any student who would like to join morning lifts, we will be there Tuesday and Thursday mornings from 6:00 a.m. to 7:00 a.m.

WALK FOR MADAME CACCAVALE

Join us on May 13 for the Walk for Madame Caccavale to raise funds for Terese S. Caccavale Scholarship award.  The walk will begin at 8:00 a.m. at the Gazebo in Mudville.  Registration is $25 (early bird) and forms can be found online at walkformadame.com or contact Michaela Michielli.  Thank you!

GUIDANCE

Juniors – Juniors that have not signed up for Career morning must do so immediately.  Please see Mrs. Camiel in Guidance for instructions on selecting a presentation panel to attend on career morning which is Friday, April 28th.

BOOK DRIVE

Have any new or gently used books?  Drop them off in the collection box in the library.  They will be donated to a local early literacy program.  We are preferably looking for books for ages 0-5.

ATTENTION ALL STUDENTS

Anyone interested in purchasing a t-shirt to support the Walk for Wex (Mr. Wechsler), should check out the HHS Home page for details about the event and to complete an order form.  If you have any questions, please contact Mrs. Murphy.  All orders must be made before May 4th.

A can drive is being held for our local animal shelter.  Fliers are hung up around the school with donations items. There is a box located at the end of the glass hallway by the doors.  Please take a look and see if you have anything to spare.  Thank you!

Spring Clean Up in the Courtyard

Everyone is invited to help spruce up the Courtyard for spring!  Please join us to rake, sweep and remove the leaves and branches that have fallen into the Courtyard.  We welcome any help you can give - we will be working from noon to about 5 pm next Wednesday, April 19!  See you there!

Students that are registered to take an AP Exam are required to attend the pre-registration meeting TODAY during DSB in the CAFE.  This is a mandatory meeting for all students taking the exam, with the exception of Band and Chorus.

DSB Today

Teachers please do not give students passes to the library today. We will need to send the  Science and Special Education students there as the Café will be used for AP Registration.

ATTENTION HOLLISTON HIGH SCHOOL 

At the beginning of Advisory tomorrow, freshman, sophomores and juniors will be voting to elect two student representatives from the Sophomore class for the State Student Advisory Regional Council for the 2017-18 school year. The SSARC is a group of elected students throughout Massachusetts who attend regional meetings throughout the year and help make decisions about state educational policy and student rights. 

The link to the ballot will be on the HHS homepage.  Make a difference and cast your ballot.

There will be NO lunch today in the Library due to the College Fair.

JUNIOR CAREER MORNING

There will be a meeting during DSB today for Career morning.  All students should first report to their DSBs.   There will be announcement when you should report to the auditorium.
