We recognize that the transition for 10th graders is more challenging given that they began their high school careers with BYOD. Therefore, for the 2016-2017 school year, 10th grade families will have the option to opt-out of the 1:1 Chromebook Program providing that students’ personally owned devices meet the same technical requirements, are brought to school each day, and are equipped with any necessary applications teachers or courses may require to access the curriculum. If a family is choosing to opt-out of the 1:1 Chromebook Program for the 2016-2017 school year, please return the completed Holliston High School opt-out form, due Friday August 26th, after reading the requirements outlined in this email.
